Dear Patients,
In continuing to follow Governor Dewine’s order for a responsible restart, we would like to update you on our new procedures for scheduling appointments at Buckeye Family Healthcare.
We will continue to conduct most of our appointments via telehealth, to help our staff and patients to remain healthy and safe. However, if you wish to schedule an in-person office visit, please keep in mind that we are currently not seeing patients that are experiencing cough or fever. Buckeye Family Healthcare does not offer walk in hours so be sure to call and schedule an appointment.
If you are coming in to the office, we ask that you wear a mask or face covering. (unfortunately, we do not have the ability to supply them, at this time.) Please remain in your vehicle when you arrive, rather than come inside. A staff member will call your cell phone when they are ready for you to come inside. When you enter the nurse will take your temperature and then take you to the exam room.
If you do not have a cell phone, please let the receptionist know when scheduling your appointment so that we can be prepared for you to come inside, to the waiting room, at the time of your appointment.
Most importantly, if you become ill with a cough or fever on or before the day of your appointment, we ask that you call us so that we can convert your in-office visit to telehealth.
We appreciate your cooperation during this time. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to call us during our current office hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Thank you for choosing Buckeye Family Healthcare for your healthcare needs.
